Coming out of Lois Newman's session on impactful ChatGPT Trainings, I'd love thoughts from the community on this topic. I've been working on building education and cohort-based learning, and am fine-tuning that to ebb-and-flow between AI Literacy and AI Fluency (context below). My question to the community is as you progress a person, class, team, or company through their knowledge-building journey, how have you chosen what to focus on at various stages? Ie; in Lois' session she discussed a 4-week model, and I'd love to know how the focus on literacy vs. fluency changes (ie; 90-10 vs 20-80) over each stage.

In my education I've found it helpful to separate out:

AI Literacy, the understanding and knowledge of AI, fundamental elements of the technology, and conceptualizations of potential impact and limitations

AI Fluency, the application of learnings for adoption in real-world contexts.

I often found identifying someone or a team's gap in one or the other has helped me spend that time more effectively. A team may be AI literate, but not adopting their latest enterprise application. An individual may be a daily ChatGPT user, yet not know what a hallucination is or what to look for (I've seen both). In the material and group education I'm working on, I'd like to have a more refined approach that quickly helps me determine a baseline (ie; how the focus shifts stage-over-stage), and the triggers that should indicate a pivot away from baseline (ie; assessments that can help me personalize and focus on the gaps)
