Leadership Driven AI Initiatives & AI & Pedagogy Sessions

Invite-only convening | Request invite via the OpenAI Forum

OpenAI invites leading faculty innovators and select university leaders to join an afternoon of insight, exchange, and co-creation. This inaugural Higher Education Guild gathering will showcase lighthouse use cases of AI in teaching and academic research; feature leadership-led AI initiatives and investments at the university level and surface the challenges educators face as generative AI reshapes the classroom.

Participants will:

Hear faculty presentations highlighting cutting-edge pedagogy and AI-enabled research.

Work through tabletop exercises designed to both tackle emerging challenges—such as student use of ChatGPT and AI literacy on campus—and surface individual educator use cases that can inform and inspire peers.

Co-create practical solutions and resources that will be shared broadly with the higher-education community.

Help shape an ongoing, trusted Forum Guild for educators and leaders to continue this dialogue beyond the event.

Together, we will co-create solutions and explore new possibilities for leveraging AI in teaching, research, and institutional innovation.
