This reflects the rapid growth of our international presence. To support global inclusivity, we used ChatGPT to find a time that suits the largest number of participants.

Her work centers on advancing video representation and understanding to power applications like intelligent search, automated tagging, and rich content analytics.With a track record that spans Google, Nuro, and the MIT Media Lab, Mehul brings deep expertise in both applied machine learning and cutting-edge research. She holds a Master’s in Computational Science from Harvard University, where she specialized in Brain-Computer Interaction, combining neuroscience, machine learning, and human-centered design.
As a Senior Executive Advisor, Cezary provides expert strategic & operational guidance to senior executives on navigating complex challenges in the delivering of transformative digital projects and services to drive public sector innovation. With over two decades of diverse experience spanning Asia, Canada, and Europe, he has contributed to implementing AI-driven, human-centred business solutions. His key achievements include orchestrating the first OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) international study of "The Innovation System of the Public Service of Canada" and supporting the launch of the inaugural OPSI Primer on AI for the Public Sector. Cezary's ongoing AI research and experimentation embodies his commitment to augmenting collective human intelligence and advancing adoption of AI in the public sector. Stan leads the Data & Innovation team at Le Parisien, a major French news organization. The team focuses in data journalism, explores new UI/UX paradigms, and spearheads AI-related software development within the newsroom.
Previously, he worked for the United Nations, serving as a knowledge management consultant at IFAD in Rome and supporting journalist capacity-building at the UNESCO Office for Iraq in Jordan. He was also the executive director of Advocate, a digital communication agency developing innovative storytelling formats. Stan also produces AI driven videos and teaches data journalism at Sciences Po Paris.

Olga Nowicka is the EU Policy & Partnerships Lead at OpenAI, based in Brussels. Before joining OpenAI, she held various positions, including at Microsoft and Workday, focusing on topics related to AI, data, lawful access, and sustainability. Olga holds degrees in Economics and American Studies from the University of Warsaw.
