About the Speakers:

Juston Forte is a Lead Solutions Architect at OpenAI, where he partners with customers to tackle their most intricate challenges using cutting-edge AI solutions. With a focus on industries ranging from Financial Services to Government, Juston thrives on blending innovation with strategy to drive impactful results. He is based in NYC and has been with OpenAI since December 2021.

Max Reid is a Solutions Engineer at OpenAI, where he's been since November 2023 advising customers on AI-related projects using the full suite of OpenAI products, across both ChatGPT and our API Platform. Prior to OpenAI, he was a Solutions Engineer at Retool (an application development platform) and Google Cloud, with a focus on Data Analytics. Max is based out of NYC, and is a proud Brooklynite!
