Both brothers live with Stargardt disease, a progressive retinal condition that inspired them to build a mission-driven apparel and eyewear company. Two Blind Brothers donates 100% of its profits to retinal causes, has contributed more than $2.5 million to date, and creates employment opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired.

Bryan and Bradford describe ChatGPT as the greatest advance in accessibility since text-to-speech technology. They’ll discuss how they use it for tasks ranging from reading sell-by dates and analyzing spreadsheets to synthesizing complex legal and regulatory documents. About the speakers:

Bradford and Bryan Manning were both diagnosed with an eye disease at age seven and told they would lose their sight. In 2016 the brothers started Two Blind Brothers, a brand where 100% of the profits went to curing blindness. Known for their Braille design details, ultra-soft fabric, and the Shop Blind Challenge, they've sold to over 600,000 supporters

Their videos have more than 100 million views. They have been featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, NBC Nightly News, Fox Business and AP News, named to Forbes 30 Under 30, and endorsed by social entrepreneurs like TOMS Founder Blake Mycoskie, Ashton Kutcher and Richard Branson. They have spoken at TEDx, Coca-Cola, AT&T, TikTok, and others. They've designed uniforms for the French Paralympic soccer team, sold their socks on QVC, and have their eyewear collection selling in more than 2,000 stores.

They've given over $2 million to research to cure blindness, and In 2025 Two Blind Brothers became a 501(c)(3) public charity focused on education about the blind community.
